1. How long does it take to find a candidate?

    We will deliver you candidates to select from within one month. Included will be videos, a resume, and a completed case study.

  3. Will the candidate work US hours?

    This is possible with some candidates but we do not recommend this. Part of the reason this is attractive to candidates is because they can earn in USD while also keeping their country hours. This is also healthier for them and their families.

  4. What types of roles does this work for?

    Our offering is excellent for analyst roles and anything that can be done remotely, including email management, schedule management, and other admin work. Additionally, this is ideal for people who need to quickly turn things around as you can achieve a 24-hour workforce with this system.

  5. What types of roles does this not work for?

    This is typically not a good fit for sales roles or anything that requires in-person meetings.

  6. How do I pay the contractor? Do I have to provide healthcare and other benefits?

    You do not need to worry about this as Stafiniti covers and handles all of this.

  7. Why would a potential candidate agree to this arrangement?

    It can sometimes sound too good to be true, and that’s why we created this service! The answer is a mix of pay arbitrage, currency arbitrage, competitive relative pay, and remote work.

  8. Are there any upfront fees or deposits?

    Yes, we require a 1-month upfront deposit. This is to protect our talent from not receiving payment and also serves as a 1-month buffer in case you are sorting things out on your end. You will be returned this deposit at the end of the subscription.

  9. How do I train the candidate and guarantee quality output?

    This is where having good systems and practices comes in and where we are experts. We will teach you how to do this the right way. All Stafiniti candidates are put through a comprehensive, institutionally accepted commercial real estate modeling program. Our candidate pool is also concentrated on commercial real estate.

  10. Will the candidate follow US holidays?

    This is also possible, but we highly recommend you keep them on their local holiday schedule. This also allows you to have an active workforce while you are on vacation.
